Gimmill Industrial, the holding company, was founded in Singapore.

With the drive and aim to remain competitive in both quality and cost in the global market, Gimmill Malaysia was established, incorporating from knitting, dyeing to garment exports.

Gimmill became a fully vertical manufacturing operation with spinning, knitting, dyeing, printing processes undertaken by Ramatex Textiles Industrial while the garment and embroidery production processes are undertaken by Gimmill.

June Textiles, the first Cambodia factory under our umbrella, was established.

Ramatex Industrial (Suzhou), another fully integrated operation was set up in China, undertaking processes vertically from yarn spinning to garment export with printing and embroidery facilities as well.

Tai Wah Garments Industry became our sister company.

Further expansion into Cambodia with the establishment of Violet Apparel and expansion of Ramatex Industrial in China.

Gimmill expanded with the addition of Kiwi Garment in China, and Berry Apparel in Cambodia.

Celebrating our 30th Anniversary this year, we will continue with our commitment to deliver quality products and contribution to social responsibility.
